Gianotti Crosti Syndrome

I saw a child in the office yesterday who didn't have Gianotti Crosti Syndrome. The hallmark of Gianotti Crosti is that the rash is papular. My patient had no papules.

Pitted Keratolysis

My partner saw a case of Pitted Keratolysis today.  Now we remember how to treat it .. and so do you.

  • Keep feet dry
  • Drysol
  • Alcohol-based cleaning gel stuff
  • erythromycin ointment for resistant cases
