AMA Archives Provies full text to the AMA archives publications. While I don't agree with the politics of the organization, I find the archives series quite useful.
MYHQ is a nice website that provides some wonderful features such as customization, etc. I use it for the "docnotes" home page .. and I find that it is very easy to use, modify, etc.
