National Physicians' Alliance

The National Physicians' Alliance is a new organization that is being started by a group of progressive physicians.  Most of those involved are OATs.  Five points to the ones who leave comments with links to the definition of an OAT.  Hint:  I'm one .. and so are Elizabeth Morrison and David Evans.

"We intend to build a new physician movement that will put health before business, patients before politics, our profession above our privilege."

Clearly - these are lofty goals - yet they contrast with those of most other large physician organizations.

Hi, The National Physician Alliance is a national group. There are members all across the country. It aims to put the needs of patient first. This, as Dr. Reider said, is different from many of our specialty organizations. Check out the web site at www.npalliance.org. The movement is growing!
Greetings, Dr.: RE: National Physicians' Alliance In what part of the country are you located? What are some of the goals of NPA? I.e., tell me more.
