This is a no-brainer.  We're out of vaccine, and only one local pharmacy carries the stuff.

A infectious disease doctor I know said that there has been so much "antigen drift" (or something to that effect) that this year's flu vaccine isn't very effective anyhow, and he is prescribing Tamiflu for cases where the flu diagnosis is made early.
